The practice of therapeutic sound, like gong baths, uses sound vibration to help relax and reduce stress in the body. When you are more relaxed and less stressed it is easier for your body to activate its own natural healing mechanisms.
In the 1v1 session, each person will have their own individual experience of the sounds.
For some this is felt physically, for others it works on an emotional or mental level.
After a Sound Spa Experience, individuals often describe feeling bathed in sound.
All that is expected from you, is that you come along to relax and enjoy what the experience holds for you.
How to prepare:
Bring a blanket and bottle of water to keep beside you during the session.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Health conditions:
Please advise if you have any health conditions or mobility challenges we should be aware of in advance of the session.
Please advise if you require a chair.
Please note:
1. This is a silent sound journey, so there will not be much communication during the session, there will be time to share with instructor after the healing.
2. In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8, the programme will be postponed, please contact the staff.
